Submissions for the 2017 Edinburgh International Film Festival have been extended by a week until Wednesday 22 February, instead of  the previously published deadline of Wednesday 15 February.

Successful submissions will be showcased before public and industry audiences at the 2017 edition of one of the world’s most respected film festivals.Click HERE for more information on how to submit.

At last year's Festival, we screened 101 films that came through submissions, making up 34% of the toal number of films at EIFF 2016.

These included the BAFTA-winning, and two EIFF award winners - the winner of the McLaren Award for Best British Animation, and our 2016 Best Documentary Feature Film.

If you are submitting a DVD screener, these are POSTMARK deadlines and reflect the date by which you must send your submission. However, please send your submission as soon as possible.
