After Ethan is expelled from his posh school for attempting to commit suicide on campus, he starts as a new student at Seymour High. There, much to his delight, he joins emo band Worst Day Ever. But he also meets and falls for Trinity, who fronts the rival Christian folk band with her Bible-loving besties. Can the two young lovers overcome their differences? Featuring great original songs, Australian writer-director Neil Triffett has adapted his award-winning short (which screened at EIFF 2014) into a gleefully ironic teen musical romance.
